  • Responsive technical assistance:  Through email (answers by noon the following business day, preferred method); or by phone (8:00am – 12:00 noon, M – F)
  • Once your turbo rebuild has a scheduled completion date, it will not be moved back without your permission…and most of the time it will ship a day or two sooner
  • You will be dealing with the guys who do the work!
