Our normal shipping method for kits, parts and turbos is UPS. We offer all of the UPS shipping options including UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air for all US shipments where available.

For international shipments of kits and parts (we do not ship turbos internationally), we offer USPS Express Mail International, UPS, or FedEx services.

Our website only offers UPS options, so if another carrier is important to you, please call your order in at 479-751-7966.

Returns

Kits/Parts

We do accept returns of kits/parts, under certain conditions, and within 30 days of purchase, as long as they are in new, resalable condition, and none of the parts are missing, used, or damaged. If you have a problem or concern with your item, we would want you to discuss it with us. A 15% restocking fee will apply if you are not making another purchase, and shipping costs are non-refundable. We will inspect all returns and issue a refund amount, or replacement, at our discretion.

New & Rebuilt Turbos

For new and rebuilt turbos, we also will accept a return, under certain conditions, within 30 days of purchase, if it is in the same condition as when we shipped it. No returns will be accepted if the turbo has been installed, disassembled, altered, or modified in any way. Please contact us to get a required return authorization before shipping the item back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
